ALUMINUM COIL SPECIFICATION:
Aluminum coil, is a rolled product, produced in a coiled form of continuous strip, and having an ID (Inner diameter) and OD (Outer diameter).Common alloy coil are used for a wide variety of applications, alloy 1050, 1060, 3003, 3105, 3005, 5052, 5754, 5083, 6061, 8011, 8021, and so on, in thickness from 0.2-100mm, in width from 100-2600mm.

1050 Aluminum Coil:
1050 aluminum alloy is a series of products, 1050 aluminum coil with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and good thermal conductivity characteristics.However, 1050 aluminum coil has low mechanical strength compared to more significantly alloyed metals. All of these characteristics make 1050 aluminum coil well suited to chemical and electrolytic brightening but not in casting. Last but not least, moderate strength and good anodizing quality enables our products has a vast application.
1060 Aluminum Coil:
1060 aluminum Coil for the industrial aluminum, aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99.60%, not heat treatment to strengthen.1060 aluminum coil has good corrosion resistance as well as poor machine-ability, and its machine-ability can be improved in harder (cold working) tempers, such as H16 and H18. For its features above, 1060 aluminum coil has a vast application, such as electric and chemical equipment, railroad tank cars, etc.
3003 Aluminum Coil:
3003 aluminum coil is the most widely used aluminum alloy. It is made up of aluminum, copper, iron, manganese, silicon and zinc. It is commonly used because it has great resistance to corrosion and is moderately strong. The 3003 aluminum coil is 20% stronger than 1100 grade alloys because it is fused with manganese.
3105 Aluminum Coil:
3105 aluminum coil with 98% pure aluminum and slight alloy additions for strength. 0.3% of copper is added to 3105 aluminum coil, so the conductivity turns out to be 41%. For its contents and processing technologies, 3105 aluminum coil is light in weight and it has semi-smooth surface.
5052 Aluminum Coil:
The 5052 aluminum coil is an alloy made up of 2.5 percent magnesium and 0.25 percent chromium. It’s considered to have great workability and weldability. It has medium static and high fatigue strength. The corrosion resistance of this aluminum is very good, especially in marine environments.
5754 Aluminum Coil:
5754 Alumiunm coil is the least alloyed (highest composition % of aluminium), but only by a small amount. As a wrought alloy, it can be formed by rolling, extrusion, and forging, but not casting. Aluminum 5754 has excellent corrosion resistance, especially to seawater and industrially polluted atmospheres.
