Technical QA/QC Verification

Precision Audit: Our factory enforces strict gauge and corrosion-resistance compliance. Every master roll batch undergoes advanced chemical scanning to ensure the metallurgical stability required for marine and cryogenic environments.

Certification & Security: We provide EN 10204 3.1 MTCs with every shipment. To eliminate capital risk, our factory supports 100% Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight. We are ready for pre-shipment inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek.

Logistics & Export Handling

Surface-Safe Packaging: Foil rolls are suspended on heavy-duty cores, wrapped in moisture-proof VCI film, and secured in fumigation-free wooden crates with anti-vibration shock absorbers to prevent surface wrinkles or edge damage during ocean transit.

Port Efficiency Buffer: Our factory negotiates up to 21 days of extended free container demurrage on your Bill of Lading, protecting local clearing agents from costly administrative delays.

About the aluminum

5083 belongs to Al-Mg-Si alloy, which is widely used, especially in the construction industry. It is the most promising alloy. Good corrosion resistance, good weldability, good cold processing, and has moderate strength. The main alloy element of 5083 is magnesium, which has good forming performance, corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength. It is used for manufacturing aircraft fuel tank, oil pipe, as well as sheet metal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp supports and rivets, hardware products, electrical shell and so on. 5083 aluminum is one of the most widely used antirust aluminum, this alloy has high strength, especially the fatigue strength: high plastic and corrosion resistance, can not be heat treatment strengthening, in the semi-cold hardening plasticity is good, cold hardening plasticity is low, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor cutting performance, polishing. It is mainly used for low load parts with high plasticity and good weldability working in liquid or gas medium, such as mailbox, gasoline or lubricating oil conduit, various liquid containers and other small load parts made by deep drawing: wire is used for rivets
5083 aluminum is often used in ships, ships, vehicles, welding parts for automobile and aircraft boards, pressure vessels requiring strict fire protection, refrigeration devices, TV towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment, missile components, armor and so on.

Aluminum is a silver-white light metal, relatively soft, density 2.7g/cm3, melting point 660.4℃, boiling point 2467℃, aluminum and aluminum alloys have many excellent physical properties, has been very widely used. Aluminum has good reflection performance of light, reflecting ultraviolet light is stronger than silver, the purer aluminum is, its reflection ability is better, and the method of vacuum aluminum plating is commonly used to make high-quality mirrors. Vacuum aluminized film combined with polysilicon film becomes a cheap and lightweight solar cell material. Aluminum powder can maintain a silvery luster, often used to make paint, commonly known as silver powder. Pure aluminum conducts electricity very well, second only to silver and copper. In the electric power industry, it can replace part of copper for wires and cables. Aluminum is a good conductor of heat. It can be used to make various heat exchangers, heat dissipating materials and civil cookers in industry. Aluminum has good ductility, can be drawn into a fine wire, rolled into a variety of aluminum products, but also can be made into thinner than 0.01mm aluminum foil, widely used in packaging cigarettes, candy, etc.. Aluminum alloy has some better properties than pure aluminum, which greatly expands the application range of aluminum. For example, pure aluminum is soft, when a certain amount of copper, magnesium, manganese and other metals are added to aluminum, the strength can be greatly improved, almost equivalent to steel, and the density is small, not easy to rust, widely used in aircraft, cars, trains, ships, artificial satellites, rockets manufacturing. At -196 ° C, some steel is as brittle as glass, while some aluminum alloys increase in strength and toughness, making them cheap and lightweight cryogenic materials that can be used to store liquid oxygen and hydrogen for rocket fuel.

Application Areas

Steel is widely used in steel structure workshops, bridge frames, main structures of high-rise buildings, and infrastructure construction (such as highways, oil and gas pipelines). Its high strength properties ensure load-bearing stability and seismic performance. In ship manufacturing, steel is used to build hull structures, decks, and internal components. Hot-rolled coils rely on their load-bearing capacity to adapt to harsh environments. ‌
