We mainly supply carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, steel coils, sheets, plates, pipes, tubes, angles, channels, H/I beams, and other structural steel products.
How long is your production & delivery time?
Normally 7–15 working days for production. Shipping takes 15–45 days depending on the destination port.
How do you price your steel products?
Prices are based on material grade, specifications, quantity, and current market steel price. We offer competitive factory direct prices.
Can you accept custom sizes or requirements?
Yes. We support customized thickness, width, length, coatings, and cutting according to your drawings or technical requirements.
What certifications can you provide?
We provide ISO, SGS, BV, MTC (Mill Test Certificate), and other inspection documents as required.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We welcome inspection by SGS, BV, or any authorized third party before shipment.
What if there are quality problems?
We will immediately verify and respond. If confirmed as our responsibility, we offer replacement, return, or compensation accordingly.
